The WREI, formerly the Wisconsin Apartment Association, is stoked to be celebrating 50 groovy years and we want you to boogie down to Janesville for a day and a half of education, networking, and fun. Are you catching our drift? Do us a solid and join us to bring back the 70's while learning for a radical future!

Schedule

Here's the lowdown . . . breakout sessions begin Friday afternoon at 12:30 p.m. followed by a Disco Inferno party and awards reception with hors d'oeuvres sponsored by our local affiliate, the Janesville Area Rental Property Association (JARPA), and cash bar. Sessions continue Saturday at 8:30 a.m. with Attorney Kelly Schwab talking all things leases along with a legislative and election update, an update on the Wisconsin Real Estate Investors (WREI), lunch, and additional educational sessions. Topics will include exit strategies, hard money lending, beneficial ownership reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act, process serving for evictions, DSTs, self-managing your units, landlord-tenant law concerns, understanding the political process, and the newly updated Rental Housing Resources courses on evictions and leases (offered for an additional fee of $20 per class-must register separately).
